These Terms of Service govern access to and use of HelpAPI services available through helpapi.ai. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service Description
HelpAPI provides API access, account management, usage tracking, billing, and related digital services. HelpAPI is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, or other upstream model or API providers unless expressly stated.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and access tokens, and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse rate limits, resell access without permission, violate laws, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or use the service for harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or high-risk activity.
Prohibited Content and Activity
You may not use HelpAPI to create, transmit, sell, or facilitate illegal content, malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, harassment, exploitation, fraud, regulated goods or services, counterfeit goods, unauthorized third-party content downloads, or content that violates applicable platform or upstream provider policies.
AI Content Safety
HelpAPI must not be used to generate or distribute NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, exploitative, face-swap, deepfake, or non-consensual impersonation content. Users are responsible for the prompts, inputs, outputs, and API activity they submit through the service.
Feature Accuracy
We aim to describe supported models, features, limitations, pricing, quotas, and availability accurately. Actual availability may depend on upstream providers, account configuration, regional restrictions, moderation, rate limits, or maintenance.
Payments, Credits, and Refunds
Paid services, credits, or subscriptions are subject to the pricing and payment terms shown at purchase. Fees may be processed by third-party payment providers. Subscription and Account Management
If subscriptions are offered, users must be able to manage or cancel subscriptions through the product dashboard, the payment provider portal, or by contacting support.
Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upstream provider issues, security events, rate limits, or network incidents may affect availability.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates risk, causes chargebacks or abuse, or if suspension is required by law, payment providers, upstream providers, or platform policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for upstream provider outages, model behavior, user-submitted content, or third-party services outside our control.
